Sound works across all applications, except telegram. This depends on the programs on your pc or phone if they have the capability to snoop data e.g. 178k subscribers in the telegram community.

Is there any way to scroll to the top/start of messages of a telegram group via the windows desktop app? I'm using telegram web in chrome. So, when i download a video, where does telegram web save files on pc?

I'm not using the telegram application for pc. Telegram is getting unbearably slow in many areas, what can we do about it? Same issue here on arch, installed telegram from the arch community repo. But i never directs to the classic one.
First of all, i'm already a premium user who paid for the promised faster speed, but they didn't. And/or a way to change the display order of messages descending vs. A new era of messaging I've only been using telegram for a couple of months but there's a dramatic difference between the download speed now and the download speed when i started.
When i enter web.telegram.org into my browsers (chromium) address bar, it always directs to telegram k or z, whichever i used last.
Whenever i click on preview channel it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page i was on with the preview. How can i view telegram channels on the web? Notification text from your browser or maybe more?
