Is there any way to scroll to the top/start of messages of a telegram group via the windows desktop app? Sound works across all applications, except telegram. So, when i download a video, where does telegram web save files on pc? And/or a way to change the display order of messages descending vs. Notification text from your browser or maybe more?
Whenever i click on preview channel it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page i was on with the preview.
I'd like to use the tab telegram web client of edge, but it's crazy slow compared to telegram desktop. But i never directs to the classic one. This depends on the programs on your pc or phone if they have the capability to snoop data e.g. I've only been using telegram for a couple of months but there's a dramatic difference between the download speed now and the download speed when i started.
Is there any reason for that? It takes several seconds to load images,. First of all, i'm already a premium user who paid for the promised faster speed, but they didn't. When i enter web.telegram.org into my browsers (chromium) address bar, it always directs to telegram k or z, whichever i used last.

I'm not using the telegram application for pc. I'm using telegram web in chrome. How can i view telegram channels on the web? Same issue here on arch, installed telegram from the arch community repo.
