I have already tried a factory reset on my router and i still cannot connect to 10.0.0.1 the other ip address you guys use, i think for businesses, also did not work. I used to be able to login with the 10.0.0.1 login and now i'm internet essentials but still use the same gateway would you be able to help me log back in using the 10.0.0.1.
