Hi all, new to this so bare with me. First of all i have noticed that a lot of people have complained over the years about not being notified about rac's auto renewal. Hi, apologise if this has been asked before but i couldn't find any information.

Long story short, i just renewed my rac membership, during which i questioned the £37 admin fee which they now seperate out as a. Hi all my rac breakdown cover just autorenewed but i had found much cheaper cover elsewhere. I have a serious complaint with the rac.

I sent an email to their ceo outlining the issues i experienced, and spoke to someone on the telephone who said my complaint would. My rac breakdown cover is up for renewal on the 13th october and the letter shows it has.
