Seems like the sort of thing. Has anyone noticed that saks fifth avenue's store card and wemc are now no longer underwritten by capital one and are now with comenity? Comenity may not have the best customer service, and they may ask you to send docs to make sure you're the one applying for their cards, but i'm happy they are giving me.
