Hi everyone, i am unable to sign into my bt email account, although i can still access the service through my iphone 13. You can import messages from another email account, but not any folders or labels. Many customers are still using an old version of the bt email app which will soon stop working.

You can’t connect email accounts that don’t support secure connections. If information is already filled in and you have to sign in to a different account, click. You can add and edit your email addresses, like your alternate email address or contact email address. On your computer, go to gmail.
I have 3 btinternet email ids and cannot log in to any of them today using a web browser (chrome, edge and firefox on 2 laptops). Enter your google account email or phone number and password. My btinternet email on the email client on my iphone and ipad seem not to be able to receive mail from the server. Can anyone tell me if there is an email address for getting in touch with bt?
The message says “the mailserver “mail@btinternet.com” is.
I have contacted their online help on numerous occasions but got absolutely nowhere so i want to try. This board is the place to post your general bt email queries. I have consistently been able to use my bt email.
